USTI^® and Trillium have partnered with the American Medical Certification Association (AMCA), to create the highest credentials known in the SMP industry.

Upon successful completion, and satisfactory demonstration of your newly acquired skills as an SMP practitioner, you will receive a certificate of completion from USTI SMP 3D Artistry™. Additionally, you will receive a digital badge to promote your certification on your website, email, Facebook and other social media channels. Lab coats and physical badges for application are also available.

Pam Neighbors has 25+ years in the SMP and in the permanent cosmetics field. She uses her years of artistry in tattoo art, skin needling, camouflaging, her work with plastic surgeons and SMP’s most advanced micro pigmentation techniques including SMP 3D Artistry™ to provide the best possible experience for her students. Pam believes in creating new and higher standards in SMP education, and this is the key to the future of the SMP industry.  Pam stays current with the latest equipment and techniques allows her and her team of USTI^® educators to ensure that each student receives optimum training experience in a safe, comfortable environment.

Her attention to detail and no-nonsense approach paired with her sense of humor keeps her student confident education.  Most importantly, she listens to her students, customizing the training to each student, so each student has the confidence in the training to truly help their clients while building a solid, long-term business.

Payment plans are available. The balance must be paid prior to the class starting, otherwise, we may relinquish your spot. You must also be current with your payment plan. This will ensure that all fairness is applied to students who want to attend classes, that are willing to pay the total in full, as well as payments being met by all. If you cannot make timely payments, USTI® will be forced to forfeit your reservation, it may be possible to secure a reservation for the next scheduled 4 Day Clinical class, should your payments become & remain current moving forward.  Each course is offered with specific details & terms. You will receive a 6-month USTI SMP 3D Artistry membership, which is included in this application and registration for the course. USTI SMP Membership is open to anyone. Regular USTI® Membership is limited to licensed salon stylists, salon owners, spa owners, estheticians, and professionals working and licensed within the medical communities. You must be a USTI® member to attend the NON-SMP courses. Unless otherwise written, all classes start promptly at 9 a.m. and run until 5 p.m., with classrooms opening at 8:30 a.m. See Terms & Conditions for more details. Testing is completed at the end of the USTI SMP 3D Artistry™ course. Hair Loss Specialist testing is online and through a digitally proctored exam with an additional cost of $17.50.The online SMP preparation portion of the course will interact with an assigned instructor. You are required to pass a basic standard in order to be prepared for the 4-day practical in-clinic training.
