You can take advantage of our installment payment plan for our classes. Our admission directors are here to work with you to figure out a payment plan that suits your needs and the class you are interested in attending. The payment plan prices cover the cost of the AMCA certification.
Introduction to Trichology (1-day course) - Total Investment: $599.00
$199 down with 2 payments of $200 due at least 14 days before the scheduled class
Hair Loss Practitioner Class (2-day course) Live Virtual and Online Class - Total Investment: $1,899
Payment Plan Option 1 (3 payments): $300 down with 3 payments of $533.00
Payment Plan Option 2 (4 payments): $300 down with 4 payments of $399.75
Associate Trichologist Class (3-day course) Live Virtual and Online Class - Total Investment: $2,799

Certified Trichologist Class (Clinicals) - Total Investment: $3,299

Please note the following payment policies:
A minimum deposit of $300 is required for new student enrollment. We offer a payment plan option, and the credit card authorization form for the payment plan must be signed and completed within one week after registration. This form verifies that the payment plan will be completed two weeks before the virtual or in-person class date the student has requested to attend. If the student fails to complete the payment plan credit card authorization form within a week of registering for the class, their spot is not guaranteed. Please be aware that all payments are non-refundable.
Please ensure that you make each payment by the agreed-upon dates to secure your spot in the USTI virtual class. If you miss a payment or fail to adhere to the payment schedule, your spot is not guaranteed,and you will be placed on the USTI waiting list.
If a student is currently enrolled in a payment plan, access to the online account will be restricted until the plan is fully paid off. Additionally, the student will not receive any course materials, such as textbooks or virtual meeting links, until the payment plan is complete.
Please remember the following policy regarding rescheduling: If you reschedule within two weeks before the class start date, there is a $100 class transfer fee. If you reschedule within five days of the class start date, the class transfer fee is $200. Please note that while we cannot guarantee future classes' availability, each class has a waiting list that you can join.
