Every USTI member should hold themselves in the highest level of professional conduct at all times. Every member will act as an ambassador to the Institute.
Members are entitled and encouraged to advertise their membership status with USTI by using authorized logos and materials.
No member should ever conduct themselves outside the limits of their field of expertise of education. They should always respect the confidentiality of a patient/client. Always put the patient’s/client’s needs first and keep up-to-date with the latest hair loss and scalp treatments.
Members should work with and support other members and never mislead or suggest they are superior to another member in any way.
USTI is not responsible or liable for actions taken by any of its members and expressly disclaims any and all liabilities for its members.
In extreme cases, if it is deemed that a member has breached this ethics code, USTI has the authority to terminate membership, without refund, with a written explanation.
