25USTI Payment Plans

All students are eligible to participate in an installment payment plan for our classes. Work with our admission directors to decide on a payment plan that makes sense for you and the class you wish to attend. Payment plan prices include the cost of AMCA certification.

 

Introduction to Trichology (1-day course)- Total Investment: $599.00

• $199 down with 2 payments of $200 due at least 14 days before the scheduled class

 

Hair Loss Practitioner Class (2-day course)

Live Virtual and Online Class- Total Investment: $1,899

• Payment Plan Option 1 (3 payments): $300 down with 3 payments of $533.00
• Payment Plan Option 2 (4 payments): $300 down with 4 payments of $399.75

 

Associate Trichologist Class (3-day course)

Live Virtual and Online Class- Total Investment: $2,799

• Payment Plan Option 1 (3 payments): $300 down with 3 payments of $833.00
• Payment Plan Option 2 (4 payments): $300 down with 4 payments of $624.75

 

Certified Trichologist Class (Clinicals)- Total Investment: $3,299

• Payment Plan Option 1 (3 payments): $300 down with 3 payments of $999.66
• Payment Plan Option 2 (4 payments): $300 down with 4 payments of $749.75

 

 

Payment plan terms & conditions:

• A minimum deposit of $199-$300 and a payment plan is acceptable for any new student enrollment. The payment plan CC auth form must be signed and completed one week after the date of registration verifying that the payment plan will be completed 2 weeks prior to the virtual class date the student has requested to attend. If the student does not complete their payment plan CC Auth form within a week of registering for the class, their spot is not guaranteed. All payments are non-refundable.
• Each payment MUST be completed per the dates promised by the student to attend the USTI virtual class. Should the student miss a payment or fall behind on the promised payment plan dates, their spot is not guaranteed, and they will be moved to the USTI waiting list.
• If the student is on a payment plan, they will NOT have access to their online account until the payment plan is complete.
• If the student is on a payment plan, they will NOT receive their student materials (no workbook, virtual meeting link, etc.) physically or digitally until the payment plan is complete.
• There is a $100 class transfer fee should you reschedule within the 2 weeks prior to the class start date and a $200 class transfer fee should you reschedule within 5 days to the class start date. There is no guarantee that any future classes will have availability, however, each class does have a waiting list available.
